10. Stop Putting Your Health Last: See What I Did There?
Some entrepreneurs and us just as women get caught up in their businesses/work and/or family and put their health last… like I have done. Like seriously this past holiday season I was down nearly two weeks with a cold which flared up my asthma. In the bed for one week straight never left the house until it was time to go to the Anita Baker concert. LOL! And I wasn’t missing that so I bundled up looking like a kid going out on snow day. After a long talked with my partner & him being on me about taking care of myself. I vowed to myself that my health needs to be a priority. So far I feel more productive and energized throughout the day. Still getting broken sleep here and there, but overall I feel better.
In full disclosure, for some of these habits like prioritizing health consistently, I continue to strive for. It’s something I work on each and every day to get better in life and business. And you can as well.
