Natural Home Steaming
With us only being able to go for our essentials. It is important to keep our immune systems strong. One of the best ways is doing natural steaming in your home. It is a great way to open up nasal and lung passageways, put moisture in the air so your throat doesn't dry out, as well as leave your home smelling amazing.
To do this stock up on essentials oils such as, eucalyptus, peppermint, tea tea, lavender just to name a few. As well as stocking up on citrus fruit: lemons, limes & oranges. Stock up herbs and cinnamon sticks. Grab a pot fill it with water create your own concoction of herbs, fruits and oils an let it boil. I like to let mine my boil for a hour or two in the evening. After I am done. I turn it off and my partner and I place towels over faces and breathe over the pot. For our children I pour some into bowls for them and have them breathe over the bowl.
